WHO YOU ARE WRITING TO

A small sourcing desk,
not a distributor.

We buy industrial spare parts from Chinese factories for workshops around Malaysia — hydraulic repair shops, forklift dealers, palm oil mills, water and wastewater contractors. One to twenty pieces at a time.

Paid per order, after you accept a quotation. No retainer, no subscription, no minimum spend.

HOW IT WORKS

Three steps, and the middle one is the work.

A price is only worth reading if someone actually asked a factory for it. That is the step most sourcing agents skip.

01

You describe the part

A photo, a nameplate, a model number, or the machine it sits on. Half the parts we quote arrive as a photo of a rusty bearing and a voice note.

02

We go to the factories that make it

Not a catalogue. We ask the Chinese makers of that part family for the smallest quantity they accept, the unit price at that quantity, and the lead time after payment.

03

You get numbers, or you get a no

One business day, in writing: quantity, price, lead time, and how it ships. If the factory will not answer or the part is discontinued, we say so instead of inventing a price.

WHAT WE WILL NOT DO

Every one of these has cost a buyer money somewhere else.

If a supplier cannot answer, the honest output is “we could not confirm this” — not a number that keeps the conversation moving.

What we do instead

  • Ask the factory for the smallest quantity it will actually accept.
  • Put the lead time and the shipping method in writing.
  • Tell you when the answer is no, and why.

Never

  • Quote a price no factory has given us.
  • Claim stock we do not hold.
  • Attach a certificate we cannot produce a scan of.
  • Bundle freight or import duty into the part price to make the number look smaller.
  • Take payment before you accept a quotation.

WHAT WE ARE, PLAINLY

A trade name and one desk.

Chongzheng Technology is a trade name / individual seller. There is no warehouse in Malaysia and no published catalogue: the same bearing can be three different products depending on the suffix, so parts are quoted per request.

How we work

  • Replies within one business day, Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 UTC+8.
  • Quotations are written, and the price is only valid for the window printed on it.
  • Payment terms sit on each quotation — nothing is charged before you accept one.
