Privacy & sourcing terms

Chongzheng Technology is a trade name used by an individual seller. This website receives industrial sourcing requests; submitting a request does not place an order or make a payment.

Your request

We store the contact details, part information, images and documents you submit so we can review your request, seek supplier quotations and follow up. Do not upload passwords, unrelated personal records or documents you are not entitled to share.

Files and processing

Request records and files are stored using our website hosting provider’s database and private file storage. Our administrator can access them after signing in. When AI identification is enabled, part text and images may be sent to DeepSeek to assist identification. Contact fields are not included in the model request; any contact information embedded in your notes or images remains part of those materials. Identification results are reviewed by a human. PDF files are reviewed manually.

Visit measurement

Our own server counts page visits and records which site or campaign link brought you here. It stores a one-way hash of your network address, not the address itself, sets one first-party cookie that remembers the original source for up to 90 days, and uses no third-party analytics or advertising scripts. A request you submit keeps the source that first brought you to the site so we know which channel produces real inquiries.

Quotations and orders

Prices, stock and delivery dates are confirmed separately in a reviewed quotation. Check the model, specifications, quantities, product condition and terms before ordering. Import duties and taxes are excluded unless separately agreed. Restricted products, certification and customs requirements need individual review. We do not guarantee an equivalent part without verification.
